Apex Legends battle pass available tomorrow

Apex Legends‘ battle pass and new character Octane will be available tomorrow, Respawn has today confirmed.

The battle pass kicks off the first season of the game, which Respawn has titled Wild Frontier. It’ll become available for purchase from 4.00 am AEDT, Wednesday 20 March here within Australia, and priced at 950 Apex Coins ($9.50 USD). Like in Fortnite, the battle pass provides access to a series of challenges that will award XP and skins upon completion.

Moreover, a Battle Pass Bundle will be available for 2,800 Apex Coins ($28.80 USD) and automatically progresses you through the first 25 levels of the battle pass itself. As such, the bundle includes access to the Lifeline Revolutionary skin, the Wraith Survivor skin and the Mirage Outlaw skin. There are 100 levels inside the pass that need to be earned, all up.

Respawn has also said that new hero Octane will be available to play today, though he wasn’t showing up in-game at the time of writing.

Apex Legends is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
