Alienware gets VR-ready at E3 2016

Alienware has rolled out four new computers at E3 all of which are “VR-optimized”, timed perfectly for the brand’s 20th anniversary.

The new systems are pretty much all making use of the newly announced Nvidia Pascal graphics cards and the Broadwell-E cpus’ from Intel, ensuring they can handle any virtual world you throw at them. Both the Aurora and the Area 51 are getting updates, with the Area 51 even having the all new $2000 AUD Intel i7 processor as an option.

Also on show was the new Alpha, the compact option for gaming at LANs’, and the Alienware 13 with its OLED screen that Alienware designed with Samsung.

All of these are available as of today in America with no word on an Australian release just yet.
