Only 2 Respawn staff working on Titanfall security; rest are on Apex Legends

So says Respawn's Jason Garza.

Only one or two staff members are actively working on Titanfall security, with the rest of the studio dedicated to Apex Legends.

The news comes from Respawn Community Coordinator, Jazon Garza, in a recent video (via MP1st).

Garza made the confirmation while responding to a community comment that Titanfall 2 had been “abandoned”.

“All I can say is that we’re working on [Titanfall],” he began. “The Titanfall community is not forgotten or abandoned or anything like that. We’re still working on it, it’s just we can’t telegraph our moves, and we only have like one or two people on it because the rest — everybody else is on Apex [Legends].

“It’s something we do work on just that these things take time, you can’t just press a button and everything’s fixed magically.”

Earlier this month, hackers attacked Apex Legends in an effort to “Save Titanfall from, um, different hackers. Respawn lashed out at the attacks, saying they achieved nothing.

Apex Legends and Titanfall are both available across PC and console.
