Resident Evil Village Hooligan Guide: Break dem windows!

Lady Dimitrescu is going to be so mad at you...

Resident Evil Village has a number of Challenges which are tied to bonus content currency and juicy Achievements and Trophies. One such is Hooliganwhich tasks a player to break every breakable window in Castle Dimitrescu in a single playthrough.

Spoilers lie ahead, so read ahead with that in mind.

There are 19 windows to break all up, and our guide below takes you through them in the order that you’ll encounter them, chronologically. You can backtrack if needed, but make sure to do this before you place all the Masks in the foyer and exit the castle proper.

  • Window 1: This is part of first Dimitrescu sister fight — the one broken in the cutscene doesn’t count (1F off Kitchen).
  • Windows 2 and 3: In the 1F Dining Room — one window is to each side of the door (and these can be broken from the Courtyard too, alongside the Kitchen window).
  • Windows 4 and 5: These are in the room off the courtyard on the way to Dimitrescu’s chambers, on a stairwell between 1F and 2F.
  • Window 6: In the 2F Castle hallway near Dimitrescu’s Chambers
  • Windows 7 and 8: In the same 2F Castle hallway outside Dimitrescu’s Chambers
  • Windows 9, 10 and 11: Outside Dimitrescu’s Chambers after the telephone cutscene
  • Windows 12, 13 and 14: In the stairway on the way to the Opera Hall
  • Windows 15 and 16: In the small cubby off of the 2F Opera Hall
  • Window 17: On the same floor, 2F Opera House, near the Dimitrescu labrynth ball key item
  • Window 18: The final window is off to the side in the  2F Hall of Joy
  • Window 19: In the 2F Atelier as part of the puzzle to shoot 5 bells. You need to shoot the window for one of the bells.

Enjoy the CP and the Achievement or Trophy.
