Contrary to wild speculation on Reddit — misinformation on the internet? Surely not — that Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will have a day one patch of 18GB, Ubisoft has revealed that actual size of the update to be 534MB on PS4 and 520MB on Xbox One.
Ubisoft’s Community Manager revealed the file size on Reddit to dispel the 18GB myth. “The Day 1 patch will be about 534MB on PS4 and about 520MB on Xbox One. The total size of the game on day 1 will be ~43GB on PS4 and ~40GB on Xbox One.” according to the post.
Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will be available for PS4 and Xbox One 23 October and on PC 19 November.
