Ubisoft has a major, unannounced game coming in 2018

A major, unannounced title will be released in 2018 by Ubisoft, the publisher today confirmed.

Alongside the news that Skull & Bones had been delayed into 2019, Ubisoft confirmed it will release three major titles in 2018: The Crew 2, The Division 2 and an as-yet unannounced title.

The Walmart Canada leak that revealed Rage 2 ahead of schedule detailed three unconfirmed Ubisoft titles: new additions to the Splinter Cell, Assassin’s Creed and Watch Dogs franchises. Care to take a guess which one will be available this year?

If we were a betting website, we’d go all in on Splinter Cell, considering the recent Ghost Recon: Wildlands crossover that brought Sam Fisher back into the fold. Well, that and Sam Fisher voice actor, Michael Ironside, promising a comeback.

That said, the success of Assassin’s Creed: Origins might have Ubisoft back to a yearly release schedule.

What major Ubisoft title are you hoping to see this year?
