Dragon Age The Dread Wolf Rises announced at The Game Awards

Update: The game is called Dragon Age: The Dread Wolf Rises and you can check it out below:

Original story: Dragon Age 4 will allegedly be revealed at The Game Awards later this week, a new report by VentureBeat suggests.

Even so, the report continues on to say that the game is nowhere near complete and isn’t expected until 2021.

BioWare’s Casey Hudson has already confirmed as an attendee of The Game Awards, which takes place this Friday (in Australian time). His presence may be to show off a confirmed new trailer for BioWare’s Anthem, but one can hope, eh?

The Game Awards’ Geoff Keighley has promised more than 10 new game announcements during Friday’s event — already rumoured as part of that number are the likes of Alien: Blackout, a sci-fi RPG from Obsidian and Superman: World’s Finest (though the latter has already been debunked). Thankfully, we don’t have long to wait before we know what’s what.

Are you excited for a new Dragon Age game?
