Halo Infinite multiplayer now live: Surprise, Spartans!

Thank the Reclaimer -- the rumours were true!

The rumours were indeed true: Microsoft today confirmed that Halo Infinite multiplayer is now live as part of its 20th Xbox and Halo anniversary livestream.

This all started over the weekend when mined Xbox Store data suggested we could expect Infinite‘s multiplayer release to coincide with the anniversary event; this was slightly disrupted yesterday when further reports suggested Microsoft wouldn’t be able to hit that timeframe as desired.

Thanksfully, it appears as if Microsoft and 343 were able to sort out issues and we’re playing right now! Rejoice!

If you’ve not played Halo Infinite multiplayer as yet, we’ve got you covered across Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X and PC. You’re welcome.

Halo Infinites single-player heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series S & X from 8 December, also part of Xbox Game Pass.
