Drawn to Death won’t feature local mutliplayer at launch, may be added later

When PS4 exclusive Drawn to Death launches later this year it probably won’t have local multiplayer via split-screen, at least according to developer David Jaffe.

In a post on the title’s official forums, many fans have expressed their desire to see the game ship with split-screen and while Jaffe has said he’d love to implement the feature, it likely wont be there at launch. “I agree 100%! I do not think we will be launching with split screen however as- believe it or not- it’s not a simple, fast addition (at least not for a small team like us). BUT it’s something we really, really, REALLY feel needs to be in there. Online is fantastic in its own right but yes, nothing like playing with someone on the same couch- those are some of the VERY BEST MP experiences of my gaming life,” he writes.

Jaffe also revealed a costume for character Johnny Savage, check it out below.

Drawn to Death will be available exclusively for PS4 this year.
