Star Trek Picard is actually called… Star Trek Picard

Despite viewers being told otherwise in the past, the Star Trek Picard show is called just that: Star Trek: Picard.

The show’s official title was confirmed at a CBS Upfront meeting today in Los Angeles alongside a brief teaser and still image. The teaser’s below, as is the still. In the latter, notice the rather Deep Space Nine looking Starfleet uniform in the background?

Star Trek: Picard stars Patrick Stewart, Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Alison Pill, Harry Treadaway, Isa Briones and Aussie Evan Evagora. It will air on CBS All Access in the USA, Space in Canada and Amazon Prime Video elsewhere in the world, including Australia.
