The Last of Us Part 2 multiplayer still in development by Naughty Dog

Just don't ask for specifics...

The Last of Us Part 2 multiplayer is still in development over at Naughty Dog, the studio has recently announced.

While the confirmation is a welcome bit of news for fans, the developer was tight-lipped about what to expect and when.

“In short, we’re working on it,” Naughty Dog said in a blog post that linked out to a tweet originally posted in 2019.

“For now, we’ll say that we love what the team is developing and want to give them time to build out their ambitious project, we’ll reveal more when it’s ready,” the post continued.

The Last of Us Part 2 is available now on PS4 and PS5. We reviewed it here and wrote a series of guides that begin here.
