Microsoft Store Sydney Fortnite event offering V-Buck prizes

The special Microsoft Store Sydney Gaming Day event will focus on Fortnite and offer a tournament with V-Bucks prizes.

Taking place at the Sydney store on 1 September, the event runs between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm AEST.

“To celebrate how gaming brings families together, the Microsoft Store Sydney will be hosting a special edition of its regular Fortnite tournaments,” Microsoft said in a press release. “This will be an event in which everyone including families are encouraged to participate.

“Friends and family of all ages can experience the world’s biggest online game, joining the friendly Fortnite tournament with V-Bucks prizes, plus fun for spectators with swag, and you can get a photo our Fortnite Gumshoe Cosplayer.”

Registration is essential; you can do that here.

Fortnite is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS and Android. It is a key focus of the upcoming Melbourne Esports Open as well.
