Deathloop PC update fixes some stuttering

But not all.

A new Deathloop PC update has fixed some of the stuttering encountered by players.

Arkane notes that a hotfix deployed today “addresses an issue experienced by some players on PC whereby mouse-based camera movement could result in the appearance of ‘stutter.'”

The developer also advised that it is “looking into a separate, but related issue that we have identified as a factor that may also be a cause of stuttering at high framerates” and will update players when more is known.

Arkane previously advised that some in-game stuttering was caused by the title’s anti-cheat system.

Deathloop is currently available on Windows PC and PS5. We recently reviewed the timey-wimey, Groundhog Day meets Hitman-style title here, awarding it an 8.5/10.
