Deathloop a one-year PlayStation exclusive; here’s 9 min of new footage

Take a look!

Deathloop was confirmed to be a one-year PlayStation exclusive as part of a reveal that showed off 9 minutes of new gameplay footage.

“Also available on PC. Not available on other consoles until at least 09/14/22,” reads disclaimer text found at the end of the video (below).

Deathloop comes out on 14 September of this year, meaning we’ll likely see Arkane’s latest on Xbox consoles one year after that. Microsoft owns Arkane, after all.

Based on this information, it’s also likely that PlayStation exclusive Ghostwire Tokyo will also have a similar one-year exclusivity period before making its way to Xbox.

The video also confirmed that players who join the Arkane Outsiders program will receive in-game items including the “Ever After” Strelak Verso weapon and “Eternalist Colt” character skin.

Deathloop heads to Windows PC and PS5 from 14 September.
