Xbox One controller drivers now available for Windows PC

Microsoft has released drivers for Xbox One controller support for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows PCs.

Major Nelson made the announcement on his website where it was revealed that once installed, any game that currently supports the Xbox 360 controller will be playable with the Xbox One controller by connecting it to the PC via micro-USB.

A future Windows update will include native Xbox One controller support, but for now players will be able to install the drivers and play with what Microsoft calls “the best controller ever made.”
