Rocket League August update now available; includes PC LAN support, new arenas

The Rocket League August update is now available on all platforms, developer Psyonix today announced.

The update includes a new seasonal arena called Farmstead and kicks off the start of the game’s Competitive Season 6.

Additionally, the August update includes more than 90 free customisation items, introduces Player Banners, standardised arenas, transparent goalposts and will offer LAN support to those playing on PC.

The new arena varients include Starbase Arc, Wasteland, Champions Field (Day), Mannfield (Snowy) and DFH Stadium (Day).

Rocket League is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. It heads to Nintendo Switch for the Holiday 2017 season.
