Sony: We’ve sold more than 10 million PS4s since launch

At their Gamescom press conference today, Sony advised that they’ve sold “more than 10 million units worldwide as of August 10, 2014”.

Sony Australia, using NPD Group Australia data, says its retained the “#1 selling next generation home console position” in the country. Sony Australia added that the PS4 “has sold 2:1 units comparatively to its nearest competitor month-on-month since its launch on 29 November 2013.”
