Xbox Live purchase and content usage is down again

Update: All details below have been resolved.

Original story: Xbox Live is experiencing issues once again, with purchase and content usage likely taking a hit over increased usage due to coronavirus self-isolation.

Purchase and content usage issues were identified around 12:20 pm AEDT and revolve around buying downloadable items and using prepaid cards or codes for downloadable items or Xbox Live subscriptions.

Having just moved over to a new, replacement Xbox One X, I’m getting an error that advises my network hasn’t been set up properly; when running a diagnostic, my console informs me that my end is fine, though Xbox Live is experiencing issues (Update: the ol’ Network > Advanced > Clear MAC address reset fixed that one).

Additional issues have been flagged surrounding SMITE and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

To keep abreast of the issue, you can check the Xbox Live Service Status page right here.
