Xbox Game Pass app now in beta on iOS, Android

A new Xbox Game Pass app was today announced for iOS and Android devices today at Gamescom 2018.

The mobile app will let players browse the current Xbox Game Pass library, going a step further and letting subscribers queue games for download directly on their Xbox One, Xbox One S or Xbox One X of choice. You can also manage your subscription alongside a number of other features.

The app is in beta currently — those on Android devices can download it directly from Google Play. Over on iOS, the app is in a limited beta — you’ll have to head here to apply for access.

At the moment, new Xbox Game Pass subscribers can grab 1 month of Xbox Game Pass access for just $2.00 AUD.

Xbox Game Pass is a subscription-based program (think Netflix for video games) that offers access to a library of over 100 Xbox 360 and Xbox One games on Xbox One itself.
