Sucker Punch not working on new inFAMOUS, Sly Cooper

Tsushima or bust.

Sony developer Sucker Punch isn’t working on new inFAMOUS or Sly Cooper titles, it’s recently confirmed.

The news came inside a new blog post on the developer’s website.

“As our games continue to grow in scale and complexity, they require the full attention of our studio. With our focus on our current project, we have no plans to revisit inFAMOUS or Sly Cooper right now, and no other studio is currently working on projects related to those franchises either,” Sucker Punch wrote.

“These characters are very special and near and dear to our hearts, so while we’d never say never to re-opening those doors down the road, for now there are no inFAMOUS or Sly Cooper games in development.”

The latest in the inFAMOUS franchise was 2014’s inFAMOUS First Light, while the last Sly Cooper was 2013’s Sly Cooper Thieves in Time.

Sucker Punch’s latest was Ghost of Tsushima, available on both PS4 and PS5; the studio said it stopped active development on that title back in April.
