Saints Row gameplay asserts Volition “not backing down” from reboot

It's here. Get used to it.

Saints Row gameplay has been shown off at the same time developer Volition has asserted it is “not backing down” from its rebooted premise.

“We are not backing down on this game,” Volition said on Twitter in response to a user who called the new game a “GTA clone”.

“We get it, it’s new and it’s a shock reaction to a reboot like no other,” Volition continued.

The tweet came as Volition released a trailer that showed off Saints Row gameplay itself (below).

Saints Row heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5 from 25 February 2022. We previewed the title here.
