PS4 update 4.50 available tomorrow, brings Boost mode and more

Sony took to the PlayStation Blog to confirm PS4 system update 4.50’s availability tomorrow.

The update brings Boost mode to PS4 Pro, offering better performance for older titles, alongside external hard drive support and 3D Blu-Ray viewing on PS VR.

Additionally, the update will offer up voice chat for remote play, improved 2D images on PS VR, custom wallpapers, a simplified notification list and updates to PS Messages and Communities.

The update is expected quite late in the evening tonight in Australia.
