PlayStation State of Play livestream: Watch on demand

Update 2: The event is over — the full YouTube video from the livestream is now available below.

Update: Just a reminder that the show kicks off at 8.00 am AEDT today. It’s below.

Original story: Sony has detailed the PlayStation State Play livestream, one that will showcase different PS4 and PlayStation VR software.

The “brand-new video showcase” is one that will “return throughout the year” and seems to share a lot in common with Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct and Microsoft’s Inside Xbox presentations.

Sony hasn’t detailed the games that will be part of the showcase, but has promises “new trailers, new game announcements and new gameplay footage.” You can expect the first State of Play from 8.00 am AEDT tomorrow, 26 March across TwitchYouTubeTwitter or Facebook. We’ve embedded the Twitch stream below and will of course update you as announcements are made.
