The Outer Worlds gets 60FPS update on PS5, Xbox Series X

More speed for Murder on Eridanos.

The Outer Worlds will now run at 60 frames-per-second (FPS) on both PS5 and Xbox Series X thanks to a new update that’s been rolled out today.

The update, 1.0.7, clocked in at around 26GB and could have potentially set up the game for its incoming Murder on Eridanos DLC as well.

Developer Obsidian has not detailed what else was included in the patch.

Murder on Eridanos is the game’s second major expansion and is due 18 March; we previewed it here.

The Outer Worlds is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X, PS4, PS5 and Switch.
