Neil Druckmann now Co-President of Naughty Dog

Druckmann joins Evan Wells as new talent steps into the role of Vice President.

Neil Druckmann has been promoted to Co-President of Naughty Dog alongside Evan Wells, the developer confirmed over the weekend.

“Neil Druckmann now joins me as Co-President of Naughty Dog, after serving almost three years as Vice President,” Wells wrote in a blog post.

Druckmann’s promotion means that both Alison Mori and Christian Gyrling will also be promoted to Co-Vice Presidents of the studio.

“Prior to becoming Vice President, Alison served as our Director of Operations and Christian served as our Co-Director of Programming,” Wells continued.

Over on Twitter, Druckmann said he’ll “still be directing and writing while helping to mentor the next wave of creators,” also saying he was “excited to help lead the most amazing group of devs with my friend and mentor, [Evan Wells].”

Naughty Dog’s latest title is The Last of Us Part 2. We reviewed it here on PS4.
