Naughty Dog talks about getting the most out of the PS4 with Uncharted 4

In an extensive interview with GamesTM, Naughty Dog Writer Josh Scherr and Lead Designer Ricky Cambier talk in detail about what they hope to be able to do with the power of the PS4 from both a storytelling and technical standpoint, specifically with Uncharted 4.

While Cambier admits “We’re still trying to figure out exactly what we can do with (the PS4)” the technology jump allows them to create faces three to five times more detailed than the PS3 while also increasing the scale of environments. It will all combine to make what should be the most beautiful, detailed current-gen game yet. The full interview is a very interesting read as Naughty Dog try and match the high bar they set with Uncharted and The Last of Us on the PS3.

There is no release date as yet for Uncharted 4, but chances are we find out plenty more at E3 next month.
