Mindfreak victorious in the Call of Duty World League Sydney Open 1

Mindfreak has emerged the big winner in last weekend’s Call of Duty World League Sydney Open 1 event.

Team Mindfreak beat out Tainted Minds and Validate Black to take out top spot in the competition.

“After MLG Atlanta we knew we were able to hang with the best and the pro point situation was our only hurdle which we had to overcome, now we have done that, we feel like we can do anything,” said Mindfreak captain, Mitchell ‘Buzzo’ Mader.

Call of Duty World League Sydney Open 2 will take place over 12-14 May, offering local teams the chance to qualify for the tournament’s Global Pro League in August.

Congratulations to Mindfreak on the win.
