Microsoft: We want pre-loading of games on Xbox One

Xbox’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb confirmed that Microsoft is very interested in supporting the pre-loading of new release games on the Xbox One.

Major Nelson took to Reddit last night and said, “All I can say right now is that yes, we want this feature as well.”

The comment comes after Sony confirmed that the PS4 will support pre-loads as part of its 1.70 software update. Watch Dogs will become the first PS4 game to support the feature later in the month.
