Journey to the Savage Planet Old Game Minus mode out now

Journey to the Savage Planet has been updated with a new game mode called Old Game Minus. As you’d likely expect from the title, it’s not your general New Game Plus mode.

In Old Game Minus, players will be able to “replay the game with limited lives (3) and a timer,” Typhoon said of the update. “Save data is deleted when the mode is completed or failed. Playing co-op? The pair of you get to share a massive pool of lives (still 3).”

Extra lives are hidden in each of Journey to the Savage Planet‘s biomes if you’re willing to give the challenge mode a try.

Journey to the Savage Planet is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4; we reviewed the game here and spoke with Aussie Alex Hutchinson about it here.
