For Honor Marching Fire details Arcade, a new PvE mode

For Honor Marching Fire‘s new PvE mode, Arcade, was recently detailed by Ubisoft.

“Arcade introduces a whole new way to play For Honor, either solo or in two player online co-op,” Ubisoft declared.

“In Arcade, players fight battles that feature increasingly challenging waves of enemies with different objectives and modifiers, offering infinite replayability with new challenges every time. This quick play mode is the perfect chance for all players to explore new Heroes and level them up before taking them into PvP, with all rewards earned during this mode carrying over to multiplayer.”

There’s lot of ways to play For Honor for free right now. First, For Honor is an August 2018 Xbox Games with Gold title, meaning Xbox Live Gold subscribers can download it for free. Next, For Honor is free, right now, on Steam — though only for today, 27 August. Having the base game works out well for Marching Fire as well — Ubisoft has confirmed that “players who own Marching Fire will also be able to invite any friend to join them in co-op, even if that friend does not own the Marching Fire expansion.”

Take a look at Arcade below.

For Honor is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. Marching Fire heads to those same platforms on 16 October.
