Halo Reach Master Chief Collection release date set for 3 December

Halo Reach will be added to Halo The Master Chief Collection on 3 December, Microsoft has today confirmed as part of its X019 Inside Xbox livestream.

343 Industries Community Director, Brian Jarrard, confirmed that all six Halo titles as part of The Master Chief Collection can be pre-ordered now across Windows PC via the Microsoft Store or Steam and Xbox One for $39.99 USD; pre-loading of Reach is available now on all platforms. If you already own The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One — including via your Xbox Game Pass subsciption, you’ll unlock Reach on the same day its available on PC.

Microsoft has already confirmed that The Master Chief Collection will be rolled out to PC in stages, with Reach confiming first. Moreover, Halo: Reach will also be offered as a standalone purchase on PC for $9.99 USD.

Are you excited for Halo on PC in a big way? If so, are you keen for The Master Chief Collection, the Reach standalone or both?
