Gran Turismo 7 delayed into 2022, Sony confirms

The waiting game begins.

Gran Turismo 7 has been delayed into 2022, Sony has recently confirmed.

The news came from the same GQ Magazine article that detailed Days Gone would be heading to PC later this year.

“GT7 has been impacted by Covid-related production challenges and therefore will shift from 2021 to 2022,” a  Sony spokesperson told GQ as part of an interview with Jim Ryan. “With the ongoing pandemic, it’s a dynamic and changing situation and some critical aspects of game production have been slowed over the past several months. We’ll share more specifics on GT7’s release date when available.”

Gran Turismo 7 was confirmed for PS5 back in June of last year, originally scheduled for a late 2020 or early 2021 release date.

We’ll let you know when you can expect Gran Turismo 7 when news becomes available.
