God of War sequel Ragnarok coming to PS5 in 2021

God of War sequel perhaps called God of War Ragnarok or simply Ragnarok was confirmed for a 2021 release on PS5.

The sequel is an obvious continuation of the 2018 God of War quasi-reboot, in which — spoilers — it’s revealed that Atreus is not just a boy, but Loki and that Kratos will likely have to duke it out with the God of Thunder himself, Thor.

Not much was revealed today, apart from Sony and Sony Santa Monica’s intention to release the sequel on the PS5 next year.

We’ll have more on the God of War sequel as it comes to light; today, Sony confirmed that the PS5 would release in Australia on 12 November, priced at $749.95 AUD for the PS5 with an optical disc drive.
