Dreams gameplay video shows off creation tools

A twenty-four minute Dreams gameplay video was today released by Sony.

Embedded below, the video includes a commentary by Creative Director, Mark Healey.

The gameplay walkthrough starts off with a pre-designed Imp and demonstrates how it can be manipulated using the DualShock 4 controller. The video then shows off Dream Shaping, landscaping and character control.

Really, it seems that the only thing that’ll hold you back in Dreams is your own imagination.

Dreams is being developed by Media Molecule and is planned for a 2018 release on PS4. We spoke with Media Molecule’s Siobahn Reddy about the game’s creation tools here, and about a beta here.
