Destiny 2 Forsaken announced, takes Guardians to the Reef

Destiny 2 Forsaken has been announced by Bungie ahead of a reveal livestream early tomorrow morning.

A short teaser video confirmed the name of the game’s next big expansion, rumoured to be of similar size to the original Destiny‘s Rise of Iron.

In the video, you can see Cayde-6 (Nathan Fillion) and a Guardian transmat onto a purple-coloured area that looks very much like the Reef, a social space from the original Destiny.

Forsaken looks to be the expansion eager Guardians have come to know as Comet.

The Destiny 2 Year 2 content reveal, including Forsaken, takes place at 2.00 am tomorrow morning, 6 June. We’ll report back as the content is detailed.

Destiny 2 is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
