Burnout Revenge backwards compatible on Xbox One

Burnout Revenge is now backwards compatible on Xbox One.

The popular title, regarded as one of the best in the Burnout franchise, was released to both the original Xbox and Xbox 360. The backwards compatible version now available on Xbox One is the latter one, which came with ten more crash junctions, Revenge Rivals and video capture.

Burnout Revenge also offered the ability for Xbox 360 users to take a memory unit into a retail kiosk and download additional content for the game. It’s unclear at this point if that particular content is supported. We’ve gone to Microsoft for clarification.

If you own a disc-based copy of Burnout Revenge on Xbox 360, simply place it into your Xbox One to begin the download process. If you own the game digitally (or want to buy it here for $14.95 AUD), you can find it under the Xbox One’s My Games & Apps section.

If you’re wanting to jump back in to the Burnout franchise, don’t forget that Burnout Paradise Remastered was recently released to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
