12 Minutes coming 19 August, on Xbox Game Pass

The 12 Minutes release date was today confirmed by Annapurna Interactive at the Xbox and Bethesda E3 2021 Showcase.

We can now expect the title from 19 August 2020.

If you’ve not heard of the title as yet, it’s full of big names including James McAvoy, Daisy Ridley and Willem Dafoe. Back at its announcement in June 2019, it garnered attention for its unique premise as an interactive thriller about a man trapped in a time loop.

12 Minutes was also confirmed for a day one release on Xbox Game Pass.

Check out some new footage — including three new screenshots — from Twelve Minutes below. The title is planned for an 19 August 2020 release on Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

Steve's the owner and Editor-in-Chief of Stevivor.com, the country’s leading independent video games outlet. Steve arrived in Australia back in 2001 on what was meant to be a three-month working holiday before deciding to emigrate and, eventually, becoming a citizen.

Stevivor is a combination of ‘Steve’ and ‘Survivor’, which made more sense back in 2001 when Jeff Probst was up in Queensland. The site started as Steve’s travel blog before transitioning over into video games.

Aside from video games, Steve has interests in hockey and Star Trek, playing the former and helping to cover video games about the latter on TrekMovie.com. By day, Steve works as the communications manager of the peak body representing Victorians as they age.
