Resident Evil 3 Rankings guide: How to get an S Ranking

This Resident Evil 3 Rankings guide is all you’ll need to know to grab an S Ranking in the newly released game.

RE3 S Ranking requirements

  • Assisted: 2hrs 30min clear time, 5 or less saves
  • Standard: 2hrs clear time, 5 or less saves
  • Hardcore: 1hr 45min clear time, 5 or less saves
  • Nightmare: 2hrs clear time, 5 or less saves
  • Inferno: 2hrs clear time, 5 or less saves

You can take advantage of autosaves on Assisted, Standard, Hardcore and Nightmare so use that rather than saves. You don’t get that advantage on Inferno, however.

A series of S Ranking Records are available, earning you Points to spend in RE3‘s Shop.

Resident Evil 3 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
