CD Projekt Red Community and Website Co-ordinator Marcin Momot has been answering some fan questions on Twitter regarding The Witcher 3. He has confirmed that some bugs and performance issues affecting the PS4 version of the game will be addressed by the day one patch:

For PC users, Steam achievements will be included on day one but Trading Cards are unlikely to make the initial release.
