Capcom extends Deep Down trademark for the last time

Capcom has once again extended the trademark application for Deep Down. This time though, the extension will be the last.

This extension, the fifth of its kind in the last three years, is the last time Capcom can legally do so. If Deep Down is not used in commence within the fifth extension, the publisher will lose the trademark.

A fourth extension was applied for back in February 2016.
