Final Fantasy XV: 10,000 more Ultimate Collector’s Editions being produced

Square Enix has today advised that it’s been to produce 10,000 Final Fantasy XV Ultimate Collector’s Editions which will be sold worldwide.

“Rest assured we are trying our absolute hardest to get them to fans in time,” Square said in a new blog post. “We will of course provide updates on this closer to the time of release as we know how important it is for you guys to have the game as early as possible.

The Ultimate Collector’s Edition is usually sold via Square Enix’s website, but since they don’t deliver to Australia, we’re now asking the publisher how Aussies can take advantage of this new release. The first batch of Ultimate Collector’s Editions were snapped up pretty much instantly here and around the country and abroad; EB Games Australia held a lottery with high-level loyalty customers that potentially offered the chance to upgrade.

We’ll report back when solid Aussie information is known.

Final Fantasy XV will be available from 30 September on Xbox One and PS4.
