Halo Infinite campaign preview: Here’s a great look at gameplay

Feast your eyes on these, Spartans.

Halo Infinite is less than a month away, and Stevivor was fortunate enough to take part in a special preview opportunity that opened up the game’s first four campaign missions.

While we’re incorporating this gameplay experience into our Halo Infinite review in progress — quite literally in that the narration you hear from myself is taken word for word from that piece — we’re providing access to a bunch of campaign gameplay capture right here. Enjoy!

The video below is mostly focused on combat, but offers up a look at some early cutscenes alongside mini-boss battles and just a touch of exploration.

Halo Infinite multiplayer is now live on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. Single-player heads to the title on 8 December. Check out our Halo Infinite review in progress right here.

Steve's the owner and Editor-in-Chief of Stevivor.com, the country’s leading independent video games outlet. Steve arrived in Australia back in 2001 on what was meant to be a three-month working holiday before deciding to emigrate and, eventually, becoming a citizen.

Stevivor is a combination of ‘Steve’ and ‘Survivor’, which made more sense back in 2001 when Jeff Probst was up in Queensland. The site started as Steve’s travel blog before transitioning over into video games.

Aside from video games, Steve has interests in hockey and Star Trek, playing the former and helping to cover video games about the latter on TrekMovie.com. By day, Steve works as the communications manager of the peak body representing Victorians as they age.
