Your Starfield character will be voiceless

And in first-person.

Your Starfield character will be voiceless, engaging in conversations in first-person view, Bethesda Game Studios has recently confirmed.

The confirmation marks a decided change from Fallout 4, in which Bethesda added audio dialogue files to accompany you and your character on their quest.

With Starfield, things are going back to a state akin to Fallout 3.

Yes, dialogue in [Starfield] is first person and your character does not have a voice,” the developer said on Twitter.

Recently showcased at the Xbox and Bethesda Game Showcase over Summer Game Fest 2022, players can expect Starfield on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X sometime in 2023.
