Xbox Series X games will be revealed soon, says Phil Spencer

Xbox Series X games will be revealed soon, Xbox head Phil Spencer has declared.

“Reviewed plans yesterday for continued sharing through launch. Team is doing great work and adapting. I’ve never been more excited about Xbox plans,” Spencer said on Twitter. “We’ve heard you, you want transparency/authenticity. We plan to keep showing that way, next step is not too much of a wait (games).”

While Spencer didn’t go as far as to mention dates, his comments seem to align with rumours that suggest we’ll begin to see game and console announcements from May 2020. Xbox Series X rumours seem to revolve around the worst-kept-secret of a Fable title from Forza Horizon‘s Playground Games.

Spencer’s clarification of “games” may have been targeted at rumours Microsoft will soon announce the Xbox Series S, a lower-powered, lower-priced console targeted to bridge the gap between the Xbox One X and Xbox Series X.

We’ll have more on Xbox Series X announcements as soon as they’re made.
