Is this the Xbox Series X boot screen?

Microsoft has shared what’s believed to be the Xbox Series X boot screen (and maybe the Xbox Series S boot screen, for that matter) ahead of a gameplay livestream scheduled for early Friday morning here in Australia.

The sixteen-second clip it titled “First-look Xbox Series X gameplay on Inside Xbox” but is devoid of any of the would-be games to be featured. Instead, it slowly reveals the traditional Xbox logo with some Windows XP- or Vista-like chimes. In short, if this isn’t the Xbox Series X boot screen, it damn well should be.

Check it out for yourself below.

The Xbox Series X gameplay reveal on Inside Xbox is the first in a program Microsoft calls Xbox 20/20; it will reveal new Xbox Series X information on a monthly basis.
