The Xbox One’s Upload Studio gets a “significant update”

Xbox’s Larry ‘Major Nelson’ Hryb today took to his blog to outline a “significant update” to the Xbox One’s Upload Studio app.

The update “adds many of the top community requested features including new transitions, splash screens, templates, intros, double-box and green effects, support for a total run time of 30 minutes and more,” according to Hryb.

A video was also released showing off new features:

The Upload Studio lets users edit Xbox One Game DVR on-console, then share it with friends on a variety of platforms. Hryb confirmed the update has already begun to make its way to users.

Recently, Xbox head Phil Spencer teased screenshot capability on the console.
