Xbox One X: It’ll be easier than ever to transfer games, apps from your existing Xbox One

Microsoft’s Mike Ybarra has detailed how your existing Xbox One’s settings will transition to the new Xbox One X.

Ybarra said that the Xbox One X will be able to use your home network to transfer games and apps from an existing console. Stevivor has already confirmed that the new Xbox One UI allows for the bulk move/copy of content, a long-requested feature.

Of course, those with games and apps on an external hard drive will be able to simply move the HDD from one console to another.

Microsoft recently listed all the titles that will feature enhancements on Xbox One X.

The Xbox One X heads to Australia on 7 November, priced at $649 AUD.
