Xbox One controllers feel the need for speed with new patch

Xbox One Preview Program members are now being offered a patch that will greatly reduce the time in which controllers connect to the console.

Microsoft promises that patched controllers will connect in around two seconds, as compared to current benchmark of around 5 seconds. The update also includes stability issues taken from Preview feedback.

To get the update, plug it in via USB and head to Settings > Devices & Accessories > Controller > Update via your Xbox One.

As with all Preview Program updates, this will be pushed to all Xbox One users shortly.
