Xbox Live services are limited across the board

Xbox Live’s services are limited across the board, so good luck using it.

Microsoft has advised that interested parties can sign up for text updates here, though we’re not seeing an option on the Australian-facing site.

Here’s the link from Xbox Support as posted on Twitter:

Updates seem to work on the US-facing page — you’ll need to click on a specific service, like Xbox Live Core Services, and then hit the Notify me button to sign up.

We’ll keep you informed as this issue progresses.

Update: Thanks to Tinosvaldo for helping with the notification system.

Update 2: We approached Microsoft for comment, specifically on the lack of Xbox Live stability over the past week or so. Microsoft responded with a spokesperson saying, “Some customers may be experiencing delays when attempting to access digital content. We’re working quickly to fully restore services.”

Helpful, right?
