Xbox Live experiencing issues with purchasing, video apps

Xbox Support has currently issued a service alert advising Xbox Live is experiencing issues surrounding purchasing content and video app playback.

According to Microsoft, some Xbox Live subscribers cannot download Xbox Video items that have previously been purchased. Video services like Netflix and Twitch are also experiencing playback issues.

Those affected can head here for service updates. “We appreciate your patience during this process and will update you again when we have more information,” the alert currently says.
